The Nike Classic Cup provides the top level teams around the region an opportunity to prepare for the demands of Spring season. Teams looking to test their players for Regional Leagues and State competitions should seriously consider this event. Played on Schaumburg Park District's, Olympic Park; a multiple artificial all-weather turf and grass field facility; this event presents a good soccer environment during Spring season. Grass fields at Connelly Park will be used depending on the number of teams registered for this tournament.
Update | April 24th memo: Due to situations (weather) out of our control. The following brackets (U12 and younger have been canceled - per Park District):
Boys - U9 Classic, U-9 Cup, U10 Classic, U10 Cup, U11 Classic, U11 Cup, U11 Premier, U12 Classic, U12 Cup and U12 Premier.
Girls - U9 Classic, U10 Classic, U10 Cup, U11 Classic, U11 Cup, U12 Classic, U12 Cup.
All teams will be refunded monies. For Out of State Teams - please call ASAP to your hotels and cancel your hotel rooms.
ALL 11 v 11 GAMES are still ON as scheduled. We will republish schedule once we make changes by 12pm CT today. Schedules are now available for this years NIKE Spring Classic 2013.
