AthletiCo Physical Therapy

AthletiCo is the leader in the field of Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, Occupational Therapy, and Work Rehab. This is evident with the work and partnership that they have had with our first team at the MLS level since 1998. They understand the athlete and what it means to get quality care in an efficient manner. The Sockers' are excited about the partnership with AthletiCo and the additional component of a healthcare team to assist our coaches with keeping our athletes on the field.

How to schedule a complimentary orthopedic screen:

If interested in scheduling a complimentary orthopedic screen at any of AthletiCo locations throughout Illinois, Milwaukee, and Northwest Indiana we would like you to call our Injury Hotline at 1877 AthletiCo (18772845384). When calling in you will be asked to select option 2 to leave a message for the Injury Hotline. Once you access this menu we are asking parents to identify themselves as a Sockers FC parent who has a son/daughter (leave first and last name) who you would like to be seen for a comp orthopedic screen. In addition to leaving your name , we would ask that you also leave which area of the body of injured and also a telephone number that we can reach you at. Once we receive the inquiry an AthletiCo rep will call you to discuss your injury and have an AthletiCo center that is in close proximity to your residence call you to schedule the complimentary screen.

Once you complete the complimentary orthopedic screen, the clinician may develop a home exercise program for your son/daughter to complete on their own OR we may refer you to a qualified orthopedic physician in the community that specializes in the particular ailment being seen for. Through this process we can expedite physician appointments through our advanced network of relationships which can create a less stressful experience for you the parent.
