Sockers FC Dad fund-raise at the Cougars game for needy player

Ross Kingsley (dad - Schylar Kingsley - U14 Grils) decided to raise funds for a boy on the U13 boys team to give him a chance to play the game of soccer.  Ross took his daughter Skylar and some other girls on the U14 girls team to the Kane County Cougars Game to do some fundraising and teach them that doing a good deed and giving can be very rewarding as well.

At the end of the event, Schylar Kingsley (Girls U14) threw out the 1st pitch at the Kane County Cougars baseball game.  The other members of the U14 Girls team had fun watching the game.  Ross was able to raise $530.00 which was donated to the boy on the U13 boys team in considerable need. Nice job Ross.  We are proud of your effort and appreciate what you have thought the girls.  You are fulfilling the dream of a young boy and also keeping another youth out of trouble playing the game that he loves.
